PROJECT COORDINATOR – AV & LIGHTING

– Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally to build and maintain strong working relationships.
– Assist the pre-sales team by creating accounts on tender platforms and managing related administrative tasks.
– Support with pre-qualification preparations to ensure compliance and readiness for project bids.
– Monitor stock levels to ensure that project resources are available as needed and manage inventory effectively.
– Coordinate project logistics and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
– Assist project managers with various coordination tasks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
– Support project managers in budgeting and financial tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
– Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and providing necessary project details in a timely and professional manner.
– Manage the inbound and outbound of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
