From April 13 to October 13, 2025, Osaka hosted the prestigious World Expo.
Selected in 2018 by the Bureau International des Expositions, the southern Japanese metropolis welcomed millions of visitors from around the globe to this event dedicated to museum innovation and technological advancement.
This international gathering was a historic opportunity for Osaka to shine again, as the city previously hosted the World Expo in 1970.
At Expo 2025 Osaka, spectacular, futuristic pavilions offered visitors immersive, unprecedented experiences rich in cultural creativity and architectural innovation.
This project perfectly embodies XYZ Technologies’ expertise and passion for delivering world-class audiovisual experiences. Building on our success with large-scale projects of similar scope, our team partnered with La Méduse, the creative force behind the design and content production, and collaborated with the Bahrain Department of Culture, who entrusted us with the technical design and seamless integration of all audiovisual elements that brought this inspiring initiative to life.
Our contribution included supplying and installing various equipment, such as projectors, sound systems, and interactive displays. Although lighting installation was not part of our initial mandate, our team nevertheless oversaw its operation.

However, such a project was not without challenges. The pavilion was covered only by a canvas and was not fully enclosed. This required us to be ingenious in ensuring that all systems functioned properly despite temperature fluctuations. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, XYZ Technologies took charge of maintaining the installed equipment.
It was a comprehensive and prestigious mandate, and our team is especially proud to have contributed to its success.
