Joggins, Nova Scotia, Canada, 2008
Located in the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia and listed as a heritage site by Unesco, the fossil cliffs are an important paleontological site.
The interpretive center, for its part, consists of an exhibition that reveals the most important collection of fossils in the world, dating from the Carboniferous period, when lush forests covered Joggin’s 300 million years ago.
